All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the <a {linkParameters}>conditions of use</a>, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

I deliver stamps in 3 categories :
Used ; gestempeld, gebraucht, oblitere, usado
MNH ; postfris, never hinged, postfrisch, neuf sans scharniere, sin charnela
MLH ; ongebruikt met plakker(rest), low hinged, neuf avec scharniere, charnelado
We´ll try to keep the extra costs (shipment costs) as low as possible depending on the weight of the shipment. The shipment costs within the Netherlands are 1,25 Eurocent and outside the Netherlands 2,00 Euro. Due to some very bad experiences in the past shipments abroad above 50,- Euro, paid by paypal, will be only carried out by REGISTERED MAIL, unless the buyer send me an e-mail that he is responsable for the costs in case of loss of the stamps.
Due to former problems regarding the lost of stamps sent to Ukrain, Italy, Rumania and Russia, stamps to these three countries will be only sent by registered mail.
I do accept Mango pay (preferred) and Paypal.
Please wait with your payment until I have mailed you the total. If you are not satisfied you can always return the stamp(s),which you have bought. We shall fully refund you but postages fee will not be refunded.
