All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the <a {linkParameters}>conditions of use</a>, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
For European clients with Euro-currency we prefer payment by bank. Ask for details.

As we have stocks of most booklets, illustrated scans are not always exactly the same as you will receive.
Postage costs low value Europe and world: € 3.50 or € 5.25 (depends on weight), not registered.
Low value but heavy shipments (more than 100 grs) Europe and World: € 8.75. Risk for buyer.
Postage costs for registered shipments (with track & trace):
Netherlands: € 9.80
Europe West (not included U.K. and Switzerland): € 12.55
U.K., Switzerland and Europe East (excl. Russia) € 15.00
Russia and World: € 24.00.

For low value shipments we advise shipment without registration, for more value registration is better. Anyhow, risk is for buyer.
