All purchases sent by non-registered standard mail are sent at buyer's risk only and claims of lost or damaged items will not be accepted. Please use the registered mail option if you don't want to take any risks.
Within the European Union Euro zone payment through IBAN/BIC or SEPA bank transfer is preferred.
Multiple purchases will be combined into one shipment and postage fees will be calculated based on the total weight of the shipment.
On request, purchases can be stored for a period of 4 weeks in order to economize on shipping costs.
Purchases will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Small items can be shipped on request with Czech Post registered mail (insurance up to 35 Euro) from the Czech Republic. Please contact us prior for information on the shipping dates. We usually dispatch from the Czech Republic once every 4 to 6 weeks.
