My seller’s account is suspended. My payment has not been sent

  1. Put the payment on hold
  2. Check if the seller’s account has been reactivated over the coming days
  3. There are two possibilities depending on the seller’s account status:
  • If the seller’s account has been reactivated: make your payment; the transaction will continue. The seller must send you the item(s) purchased within 14 days of receiving your payment
  • If the seller’s account is not reactivated after maximum seven days, you can consider the sale cancelled and archive the payment request.

 

My seller’s account is suspended. My payment has been sent

  2. After that there are two possibilities:
  • If the seller’s account is reactivated, the transaction continues.
    The seller must send you the item(s) purchased within 14 days of receiving your payment.
  • If the seller’s account is not reactivated within seven days: initiate a dispute
    . If you have not heard from the seller within seven days of opening the dispute contact us via the contact form

  1. Put the payment on hold
  2. Check if the seller’s account has been reactivated over the coming days
  3. After that there are two possibilities:
  • If the seller’s account is reactivated, make your payment; the transaction continues.
    The seller must send you the item(s) purchased within 14 days of receiving your payment.
  • If the seller’s account is not reactivated after maximum seven days, you can consider the sale cancelled and archive the payment request.
