1947 Adoption of Constitution Stamps.
Stamps of Early Rep of China.

The design is a photograph showing the original copy of the Constitution with the Assembly Hall in Nanking as its background. In a black line on the left side of the face value is the year of the adoption of the Constitution.

No gum as issued.
The photo is only an example.
Mint & lightly hinged(mlh).
