POSTAGE DUES 1883-1938 mint and used (mainly used) collection/accumulation on album pages, stock cards, etc. With an extensive 1883-1908 (Impressed watermark) range to 500c (at least 10) - can see used values from the various colour groups including pale blue greens and dull greens; 50c vermilion figures never hinged mint block of four (1 inverted & 3 normal frames); etc. Plus smaller ranges of later Dues and a few "Timbres de franchise".
