RUSSIA AND AREAS GOOD LOOKING MINT & USED ACCUMULATION in two stockbooks - note better earlier including 1863 5k Town Post mint, 1866 3k background error used, then well represented through to about 1930 including 1913 Tercentenary set used, later sparse to about 1990 with a few miniature sheets. ALSO INCLUDES strong range of Russian Post Offices abroad, Civil War Issues, Tuva, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine, plus some quirky looking "back of the book" items and the odd postmark.
