Do not take over from the postman the damaged recommended letters. The recommended letter at the reception to be checked:
   a. Can not be stuck with glue tape.
           b. Can not be stapled on any one side.
           c. Must correspond to the weight according to Recommended ticket.
I always pack stamps and FDCs safely to guarantee their protection from water or bending.
The stamps are sent within 1-3 working days after the payment received.
I glue on the envelope thematic and news stamps, thus reducing the delivery costs.
