In some countries such as Brasil, Romania, Israel, India, Africa, South Africa and a few others where mail is not secure, I only ship by Registered mail, no matter the value of the invoice.

I'm Not a professional dealer. Usually, I answer in the next day but, occasionally, responses may take some days.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days after the reception. Shipping cost will Not be part of the refund.
No returns accepted on accumulations/assortments or lots sold "as is".
Portuguese Specialized Catalog and Scott: In dreamstamps, descriptions usually have these 2 catalog numerations.
Proper Package: All lots are tightly packed and, in the case of stamps with gum, all of them follow separated without danger of gluing.

(*) Why add 15 cents ON LOTS UNDER 1,00 EURO
As Delcampe has started charging sellers 15 additional cents for each item sold, we are obliged to change our sales policy.
We tried to avoid the change of our conditions of sale until the limit but this is causing losses in our sales, especially in invoices of lower values.
It seems to be peanuts but for stamps of low values, 15 cents is very, very much. We have 100's of lots on sale from 10 cents to 1 euro and, as you can understand, we can't pay to delcampe 15 cents for each one of these lots, more the usual fee.
Thus, for this reason, we are obliged to charge 15 additional cents on each item of the invoice.
We are trying to do our best and dreamstamps will charge only items in justified cases, usually only lots under 1 euro.

Mozambique Company don't have a specific section in delcampe. In my store, all the Company stamps are located in the begining of the Mozambique section. Mozambique stamps can be found after the Company stamps.
