Cover from ORAN to MASCARA franked by MARSEILLE POSTAL FORGERY Ceres 25c. bright blue (as Ceres 60); uncancelled and manuscript ´Exécution de la loi du 16 Octobre 1849´ in red ink at right. Oran cds alongside and reverse with Mascara arrival (Feb. 25) and charged ´4´ (40 centimes ) in manuscript. Extremely rare cover. Certificate ROUMET.
