Noted - 1900 GB 1d envelope to passenger on SS 'Himalaya' due at Marseille, taxed 30c, 1920 mixed Monaco cover to Verseilles with unacceptable stamps, 1942 Belgian Red Cross at Lille printed envelope, taxed 3fr & 1941 1fr Belgian cover to Bethune taxed 2fr.10 returned with German censor. Mail both internal & foreign. (141)
