All postage is based on regular mail (Netherlands) and priority mail (Europe/World). Priority mail has no track & trace and if you chose this mail-option, non-arrival is at buyer's risk. In case insured and/or registered mail is desired, this is possible for Netherlands € 9,75, Europe (depending on country and coverage) between € 14,50 and € 20,00. For the rest of World (depending on country and coverage) between € 19,50 and € 23,50. If desired, please indicate same upon finalisation of the transaction prior to settling the payment.

Unfortunately we have no influence on the local and foreign postal services but In order to secure a safe arrival of all your purchases, we do our utmost to always use adecuate packing and packaging materials as well as clear legible address labels. All our packages however, as a standard, are sent with the risk of damage or non-delivery for receiver's account. In our invoice we however mention the possibility to have the package sent by registered mail and that the corresponding surcharge can be informed upon request. If you chose uninsured priority mail and pay with Paypal you on beforehand agree to refrain from claiming via buyer's protection when the package doesnot arrive. If you want to keep the option of buyer's protection open, please chose the option "registered mail".
