1899, Kiku 2 Sen (19) tied "Korea.Pildong 39.3.25" (March 25, 1906) to right half of postal savings book stationery 2 Sen. The large violet marking is by Japanese Postal Savings Center p.o. to ensure complete cancellation of stamps. Rare usage after taking over of posts by Japanese.
