HABBANIYA PROVISIONALS 1941 eleven different values printed on laid paper, very fine unused no gum as issued. These local stamps were produced during the siege of Habbaniya in 1941 by the local postmaster, the Arabic inscription reads "El-Habbaniya / Postage Paid", the values were added in manuscript in red ink.
