YORKSHIRE (SCARBOROUGH) collection of PPC's plus a few items of postal history incl. 1819 & 1829 circular mileage marks, 1845 cover from Scarborough to Hull bearing a h/stamp 'I' in red, 1876 ½d Bantam on cover with a Scarborough duplex, obverse bears YORKSHIRE/8 FEB 76/FISHERY DISTRICT boxed cachet, various squared circles & c.d.s marks on Edwardian postcards, then a selection of scenes of the resort incl. views of the Bay, the Spa, Italian Gardens, Church Parade, Children's Corner, Rough sea, Bungalows, Museum, The Pierrots, North Bathing Pool, Bomb Damage etc. (117)
