WALES 1971-93 2½p bright magenta centre band, gum arabic in a block of fourteen (2x7) with the top two pairs imperf with indents, the fourth pair partly perforated and the others normal. The block shows vertical paper creases from the roller, folded between vertically and a few gum wrinkles o/w fine UM. A scarce multiple. SG.W13Ega. Cat. £1600++
