I.R.OFFICIAL 1902 6d pale dull purple, very fine fresh UM of this, the rarest of all the departmental issues, overprinted 'SPECIMEN' (Type 16), a couple of light gum wrinkles as normally seen. Accompanied by a clear BPA Cert. 1997. SG.O23s.
