\Y 1943-4 BANTAM WAR EFFORT - MINT COLLECTION\Y wonderful collection with many varieties, shades and blocks from the different issues, we see ½d & 1d values with slogan margins from a number of issues and several minor varieties, 1½d in both roulettes with several larger blocks, 2d corner marginal blocks, we see "Apostrophe" flaw & "Line on Cap" varieties, plus pair with ROULETTE OMITTED (some toning, cat.£1300), 3d & 4d with shades and slogan margins, 6d incl. corner marginal blocks, later issues with "Ghost" slogans, slogan printed on stamps variety, 1s with corner block showing brown streak (actually a repair to weak background at top of stamps), also see a used set and a few censored covers with various usage.
