La vignette, les timbres à moi, et la carte postale de l'association Philapostel, ont été réalisés et gravés, par Madame Sophie Beaujard, présente pendant les deux jours, pour dédicacer, ses créations.
Deux automates LISA2 et NABANCO, sont installés au centre de vacances Azureva, pour l'évènement annuel, à l'assemblée générale de Philapostel.
