1941, 2nd Croatian Provisionals, King Peter II last definitive issue overprinted "NEZAVISNA/DRZAVA" at top, Croatian arms over King's portrait and "Hrvatska" over "Jugoslavija". 0,25D brown-black, 1D green, 3D lilac-brown, 4D ultramarine and 30D lilac-carmine, perf. 12 1/2 (comb), mint never hinged horizontal pairs showing most attractive typical variety from the 2nd provisional issue, Circle connecting first two lines of overprint ("E" from Nezavisna and "D" from Drzava, found on plate 1, pos. no. 29). This error from the first printing was noticed and repaired for the 2nd printing, however, not totally successful, therefore retouched for the 3rd printing. (some stained teeth, top value hinged in left stamp only, without the error). Mi. € 456,-+. All signed Dr. H. Rommerskirchen BPP. (SG 9, 11, 14, 15, 23)

Christoph Gärtner made his hobby into his profession. He started in 1984 and within two decades the Gärtner GmbH developed into a world leading mail order house for postal stationery and became a specialist for thematics and postal history.
In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
