International customer: stamps $2,99 Air Mail; cover, FDC and half pane sheetlet, flat mail $5,99; + add $19,99 if use USPS Registered Mail service (total value more than $50);
Bundle lots (like, large covers, camera, lens, item value more than $300) does not combine shipping, need individual count due to weight concern. please quote.
Large quantity purchase of stamps, sheetlets, each 25 stamps, need add another €3,99 on regular s/h due to weight concern.
2. Handling charges ---
flat fee $4,99 for all transaction more than $20; discount $2.00 if total value less than $20; $0 fee for Paypal payment.
If pay by US dollar cash banknote, no fee 0%, but on your own risk, many countries' postal check may steal your cash;
Grand total (including all fees) more than $50 MUST use Insured or Registered Air Mail service; if you don't want Registered mail, then the delivery is Buyer's own risk: if lost on delivery, no claim, no refund.
**Small order (Grand total including all fees) less than $50 will ship with Non-Registered Mail, and it is Buyer's own risk; if lost on delivery, no claim, no refund. Optional €19,99 Registered Mail service is available, if you want this service you can contact Seller.
