Condition Note: faulty, opened and torn at flap, cannot read front cancel, edge and corner wear, soiled

Condition: Please inspect scans for wear and defects. Covers will show some degree of inherent defects due to use and age: edge and corner wear, opening tears, creases and wrinkles, toning and soiling, etc.
