Garantía de devolucion:
Si por cualquier motivo no queda satisfecho con su pedido, tiene un plazo de 7 días habiles, a contar desde la fecha de entrega del pedido, para devolverlo. (Según art. 44 de la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero de Ordenacion del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre.).
Solo tiene que hacernos llegar el producto en perfectas condiciones y en su embalaje original, incluyendo garantías, etiquetas e instrucciones de uso. Ademas, en el caso de cambio, no tendra que pagar los gastos de envío del nuevo pedido.
Es muy importante que nos devuelva el/los productos de cambio o devolucion perfectamente embalados . En caso de que los productos resulten dañados debido a un embalaje inapropiado, no admitiremos la devolucion.
Una vez que recibamos la mercancía en nuestros almacenes y comprobemos que se dan todas las condiciones anteriores, Internet en el Comercio S.L. admitira la devolucion del producto y se procedera al reintegro de su importe conforme a la modalidad de pago realizada, y en su caso, al envío del nuevo producto:
- Si efectuaste el pago a través de tarjeta de crédito, se te abonara el importe en la misma tarjeta de crédito. En el caso de que efectuaras el pago con tarjeta al recoger en uno de nuestros puntos de recogida, la devolucion se realizara en la misma tarjeta, pero para ello deberas presentar el resguardo del cobro.
- Si efectuaste el pago mediante transferencia, te solicitaremos un número de cuenta donde abonar el importe.

Money back guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, is within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return. (According to art. 44 of Law 7 / 1996, January 15 Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19.).
Just send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions. Moreover, in the event of a change, you will not pay shipping costs of the new order.
It is very important that we return the product / s exchange or refund perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, not admit the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and given all the above conditions, Internet Commerce in SL accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment, and if so, to send the new product:
