RUANDA URUNDI 1915 "URUNDI" local overprint in violet on 10c black and carmine, Cob 17, a complete sheet of fifty in never hinged mint condition showing position 50 at the lower- right corner with OVERPRINT MISSING. Some fox speckling around margins reaches just a handful of stamps.
