1902, 5 C brown and three items 10 C violet on Expres-letter from Chatelineau to Hinzinne, presumably because of the Telegraph stamps, once the postbox was cleared, the letter was passed to the Telegraph administration, which cancelled the stamps with the octogonal datestamp. Because the Telegraph Office did not possess a specially prepared "Trouve a la boite" stamp, the cover was endorsed in Manuscript, envelope with vertial fold, scarce
