1850, 6 Kreuzer rostbraun, Handpapier Type I c, untere Hälfte einer waagerecht halbierten Marke, als portogerechte 3-Kreuzer-Frankatur auf komplettem Faltbrief, entwertet mit einem klaren und übergehenden schwarzen K1 RACZ-BECSE, 9/2 (Müller Nr.2288b; Ryan Nr.1308), nach KULA. Die Halbierung ist rundum breitrandig und in frischer Erhaltung. Der sauber beschriftete Brief ist vollständig erhalten, vorderseitig mit Transitstempel L2 KISHEGYES / 9.FEB, auf der Rückseite mit komplettem Ankunftsstempel K1 NEU-VERBASZ, 10/2 (1852). Vom Absender des Briefes, dem Alt-Becser Bezirksgericht, wurde zuerst irrtümlich ALT BECSE als Empfangsort angegeben, dann vom Absender selbst korrigiert und als Empfangsort KULA adressiert.
Es handelt sich hier um den EINZIG BEKANNTEN BELEG mit einer waagerechten Halbierung der Freimarken-Ausgabe von 1850. Dieser Brief stammt aus der Sammlung Dr.Anton JERGER und ist in seiner Monografie "FRANKATUREN", Wien 1983, sowie in der Monografie von Rolf ROHLFS "UNGARN HALBIERUNGEN" abgebildet und dokumentiert.
Hier anbei ein detailliertes Fotoattest Ferchenbauer, darüberhinaus in dessen Spezial-Katalog ex 2008, Band I, auf Seite 370 abgebildet.
