Australia, Scott #1293 (Stanley Gibbons #1464), used (o), 1994, Wildlife Series, Second Issue, stamp shows a Koala Sleeping in a Tree, 45 cents, typography printed by Cambec Press Proprietary of Melbourne, serpentine die cut simulated perforations: 11¼, issued with non-water soluble gum, no watermark, phosphorus on upper and lower frame panels, orange lettering and orange lower panel, Scott 2019 catalog value: 75¢. Nicely centered, very light, broken-up, black-inked, duplex cancellation across the middle of the stamp, from left to right: a horizontal message box cancellation leading to a half circular, single-rimmed, socked-on-the-nose cancellation, however the lightness of the cancel and its broken-up effect leaves the main image remarkably clear, good perforations, stamp was removed from its mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black card stock for an attractive and uniform album appearance; mounting, centering, and image clear cancel warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
