1875 Cover from Buenos Aires to Branne, France 'Per "Rio Grande" via Bordeaux' (endorsed in m/s), franked by 'M. Belgrano' 10c. green IN COMBINATION WITH FRENCH 1871 25c. blue two pairs, the 10c. tied by "BUENOS AIRES O.M./NOV/26/75" c.d.s., the French pairs by 'Anchor' in diamond of blue dots handstamp, with red boxed "PD" and red octagonal "BUÉNOS-AYRES PAQ.FR.J. No 6/26/NOV/75" maritime datestamp alongside, Paris transit as well as Branne '31 Dec 75' arrival dater on the reverse. One of the French adhesives with a small corner defect otherwise fine. A SCARCE MIXED FRANKING ON AN INTERESTING TRANS-ATLANTIC COVER.

Christoph Gärtner made his hobby into his profession. He started in 1984 and within two decades the Gärtner GmbH developed into a world leading mail order house for postal stationery and became a specialist for thematics and postal history.
In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
