EXTREMELY RARE and probably UNIQUE die proof with decree used postally as if it had been a postal stationery: GJ.273, 1902 Port of Rosario, die proof with decree sent from Rosario to Sastre on 26/OC/1902 (first day of issue), with arrival mark of the following day, with some creases probably produced during its postal journey, exceptional piece and in my opinion unique!
