GROSSBRITANNIEN - 1896/1935, umfangreicher Bestand von ca. 16800 historischen Ansichtskarten in 10 Kisten. Die erste enthält gemischtes Material aus ganz Großbritannien, 5 Kisten beinhalten entsprechend sortierte Karten aus den 45 Counties sowie den Kronbesitzungen Guernsey, Jersey und Isle of Man; 4 weitere Kisten enthalten Karten aus London. Vertreten ist zumeist einfache Ware, welche allerdings kaum durch Abverkäufe geschwächt wurde; selbstverständlich sind auch einige Dutzend Lithographien sowie bessere Fotokarten untergemischt. Für den Kenner ein Posten mit möglichem Potential. ÷ GREAT BRITAIN - 1896/1935, extensive stock with around 16800 historical picture postcards in 10 boxes. The first one includes mixed material from Great Britain, 5 boxes include cards sorted in accordance with the 45 counties and the Crown Dependencies Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man. 4 more boxes contain picture postcards from London. Displayed is mostly simple material which is not weakened by sales though. Obviously there are mixed in a few dozens of lithographs and more preferable postcards. Stock with possible potential for experts.

Christoph Gärtner made his hobby into his profession. He started in 1984 and within two decades the Gärtner GmbH developed into a world leading mail order house for postal stationery and became a specialist for thematics and postal history.
In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
