Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Sterling Cheques issued by UK banks are also accepted from UK customers only.  Items would be sent after cheques have cleared.

Please pay within 7 days of making a purchase. If you are unable to pay within this period, please let me know as soon as possible.

I aim to post items within 24 hours of payment, but I can usually post more quickly than that. I usually post around 4pm UK time weekdays, and once at weekends.

Proof of posting is obtained for all items.  Overseas items are usually sent by normal airmail.  Tracked / signed for postage is used for high value items at my expense, or at buyer's request and if they pay the extra.  Packages sentenced / signed for (typically known as registered) typically cost £ 1 more in the UK and £ 4-5 more overseas. If you wish this service, please let me know  before paying.

1 February 2019 - I am continuing to add items to this shop, with more to come this year. I have a variety of postcards, stamps and other philatelic items, photos, ephemera, and some books. A significant number of items are related to military history, China or Scotland, but many other topics are covered as well.

All items (apart from a few books) now have free shipping worldwide - all you pay is the basic price shown.
