Comments: The sixth design in The Queen's Beasts bullion series which began in 2016 with the Lion of England, there are a total of ten Beasts representing the statues that stood in Westminster Abbey on the Queen's Coronation in 1953. The original statues are now on display in the Canadian Museum of History at Gatineau, whilst James Woodford's sculpted replicas stand in the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, London. This Jody Clark reverse design was struck in a variety of base and precious metal compositions and denominations. For the Falcon of the Plantagenets there were 14 different issues of varying metals, denominations and years of issue, which all share Jody Clark's design.

The 2019 UK Queen’s Beasts Falcon of the Plantagenets 2oz Silver Coin was the sixth release from the exclusive Royal Mint bullion range, featuring an original reverse design.

This coin was the sixth in the series of ten designs that celebrate each of The Queen’s Beasts. The Queen’s Beasts bullion range celebrates the British Monarchy and the centuries of fascinating heraldry that has been a part of their story.
