C’est essentiellement à ces questions que Marcel Garrouste a tenté de répondre ici en s’appuyant sur les archives locales et sur ses souvenirs d’enfance, ceux d’un simple paysan né en 1921, au lendemain de la Première Guerre mondiale...

Auteur : Marcel Garrouste. 1921-2021. Docteur en histoire du Droit, il fut maire de Penne et député de Lot-et-Garonne.
